These guys do the real thing, on a wood-fired pit. 
"SO HAPPY to finally have an authentic 'Q restaurant here in the Queen City, I no longer have to travel to TX, AL, & Memphis to enjoy those flavors. These guys do the real thing, on a wood-fired pit. The smoke flavor is a little light for my tastes, sometimes undetectable, but I guess this isn't Texas. Just curious though, why is the pulled pork mixed with honey garlic sauce? I've had it 3-4 times in the past year and regretted it every time (just hoping it will improve I guess). This, unfortunately, is not real barbeque and it tastes just like braised pork shoulder cooked in the oven."
